Bobby joined The Record Co. in 2022 and leads both locations and TRC Academy. A musician and creative himself, he leads the way he talks: plainly, honestly, and shoulder to shoulder with the artists and businesses TRC serves. Under his leadership, more than 3,000 people a month from 131 communities come through TRC's doors.

Pablo grew up in public media, first as a cast member on the PBS children's show ZOOM and later working at WGBH. He brings that storytelling background to TRC, where he leads development and the partnerships that keep our spaces affordable.

Michael is a Grammy-winning engineer and producer whose credits include Jay-Z's 4:44, Common and John Legend's Oscar-winning "Glory," and Black Panther: The Album. He brings that professional standard to every room TRC runs.

Simona is a basketball coach who has worked with the Boston Celtics and coached varsity basketball at the Winsor School. With a master's in education and a background in business management, she now leads finance and administration at TRC.
